Services

We provide services including, but not limited to:

- Website design and development

- Google Business Profile optimisation

- Google & Meta advertising

- CRM and LeadConnector app access

- AI and automation systems

- Marketing and lead generation services

Subscription & Fees

Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis:

- Lead Foundation Plan – $450/month

- Lead Engine Plan – $800/month

- Lead Generation Plan – $1500/month

A $500 setup fee applies to all plans.

Fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.

No Lock-In Contracts

There are no lock-in contracts.

Clients may cancel at any time. Cancellation must be provided in writing.

Payments

Payments must be made on time to maintain service access

Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services

Access to Software

Clients may receive access to software, including a white-label LeadConnector app.

You agree:

- Not to misuse the platform

- Not to share login access without permission

- To use the system in compliance with applicable laws

Intellectual Property

All systems, processes, and materials created by Monarch Media Agency remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are granted access to use the services but do not own the underlying systems.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Provide accurate information

- Respond to requests when required

- Use services lawfully

Failure to do so may impact results.

No Guarantee of Results

While we aim to deliver strong results, we do not guarantee:

- Specific rankings on Google

- Number of leads generated

- Revenue or business growth outcomes

Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Monarch Media Agency is not liable for:

- Loss of revenue, profits, or business

- Indirect or consequential damages

- Performance of third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as:

- Google

- Meta (Facebook)

- GoHighLevel

We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policies of these platforms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

- Payments are not made

- Terms are breached

- Services are misused

Changes to Services

We may update or modify our services at any time to improve performance or functionality.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
